About Us
ScribeSuite was created to help transcriptionists (medical, business and legal)
manage the process of transcribing audio files into documents efficiently through
a web-based transcription workflow system.
We know keeping track of audio files and making sure all of them are transcribed
into Word documents can be a daunting task because we have done it before.
When we started our transcription business back in 2005, we faced the same problems
that most transcriptionists face if they don´t use any workflow management
system.
We had clients calling every single day, complaining about files they didn"t
receive, asking about status of dictations, etc. etc. It quickly became a challenging
task to manage this seemingly simple, yet unbelievably tedious process. That is
when we decided to create a platform which will allow transcriptionists to focus
on what they really want to do and are experts in "transcription",
while we take care of the transcription workflow management overhead.
We are located in Columbus, Ohio, and provide 24 X 7 U.S. based support. Unlike
many software companies who only provide support via a web form and email, we are
